Description: The General Electric AKRU-10D-30S is a 800A Frame, Manually Operated, Fused, Draw-out Style Air Circuit Breaker. The ‘S’ at the end refers to it being a small frame with its design origin coming from the AK-2A-25. It was originally outfitted with a MicroVersaTrip Plus or PM unit, however, new trip unit models are available. Although the unit photographed is a manually operated unit, electrically / motor operated breakers are also available. The AKRU-10D-30S EO/DO Breaker is designed to fit into GE AKD-8 & AKD-10 Switchgear.
