Description: The Siemens/Allis RLF-4000 is a 4000A Frame, Electrically Operated, Draw-out Style Air Circuit Breaker. It was originally outfitted with a Static Trip II or III trip unit, however, new trip unit models are available. Unlike the smaller frame RLF breakers which have integral fuses, the RLF-4000 has an open fuse lockout and works in conjunction with a separately mounted 4000A Fuse Truck. Although the unit photographed is an electrically / motor operated unit, manually operated breakers are also available.
