At his last position as a financial manager for a local manufacturer of electrical distribution equipment, Namnoum instituted a new job-costing system that improved service delivery and productivity while reducing change orders; initiated the company’s first comprehensive employee review process; and reduced customer returns and improved billing transparency, which reduced outstanding commitments by 20%.
